connecting MAC OS X to windows share problem

Hi all i've had a look via keyword search but can't find the info i need - apologies but i don't have any background in MAC.

I'm trying to connect a MAC OS X Leopard to a Windows share on a NT4 server (permissions have been set), but when i try and connect i get error -36. However, I've managed to print via the NT4 server without any problems. Am i missing a service on the server or something?

Also if anyone has any pointers on how to connect Outlook from the MAC to the exchange 5.5 on the NT4 server - would be very helpful.

Sorry false alarm - afraid the user was actually entering the IP address of the server to connect to the share rather than entering the UNC path of the share - DOH!

He has managed to get to the share without any problems now.
