Connecting i2002, ID and Pwd?

I picked up a replacement i2002 phone and now I am getting prompted for and ID: and Password. It has been too long and I can't remember what goes there. I have tried random unused DN's, I also cleared the global password field, and also enable global registration password is unchecked.

This is on a BCM50 system, I know I am missing something easy.

I thought it was something like BCMI or 2364?. Otherwise try using the Telset login and password?.
