The Linksys will use whichever antenna has the strongest signal at the moment. It is not unusual to use just one antenna enhancement.
But you can save yourself some money by building a corner reflector and use your existing antennas. Use stiff cardboard and aluminum foil and a glue stick. From DSLR member Michael Erskine:
