Connecting Directly to I-RAD 1

Is it possible to connect to a I-RAD enabled CICS 4.2 with the RJ serial port directly?

Also, on the Norstar Manager 3.5, what the heck is the username and password to access it? I wasnt given one!!

No, You cannot connect through the RJ Port on the cabinet,
You cannot access the CICS 4.2 with Norstar Manager.
You need to use the Remote Utilities and follow the directions on your screen. The username is whatever (use your name) and the password is (password).

When you double click on the Browers tool, you will get a pop up screen that will ask you the RAD phone number and password and other connectivity questions. You won't get the user name and password screen. MRoberts
