Hi
We have a G3 with classic, a G4 with Jaguar (OS v10.2), and two laptops with Panther (OS v10.3) and a network printer.
I have just rewired them through their own switch to make a little Mac peer to peer network. However I am having connectivity issues.
I have set the IP addresses manually, and that should all be OK. Ping works OK.
The G3 (classic) can see the two laptops (panther) OK.
The G4 can see all machines in the connect to box, but cannot access any of them, because it times out.
One of the laptops can see the other machines, whilst the other one cannot!!
Can anyone tell me where I might have misconfigured any of the settings?
I have set up sharing on all machines, and enabled AppleTalk.
Thanks in advance
Harry
