I have a customer with two locations at the main location I have ip500 10.1 and at the other site connected via vpn has 2-96xx phones that are working and one D100 base & phone not working. I have them set with static ip addresses the main site has 10.30.1.x and my remote site has 10.30.2.x. When programming the base in manager it gives me an error saying the base and ip500 must be on the same subnet. has anyone been able to get this to work? Do i just forget about the error and see if it will connect or is there something I need to change or should something be setup in the vpn firewalls to allow this to work?
thanks in advance

Just ignore the error an ensure you statically assign the details required on the basestation webmanagement page.

I have this setup working without issues (2 remote locations each with their own base stations connected across VPNs to the head office where the IP500 is).
