Connecting CSU Adtran to power supply of 2000ips

I would like to know how to hook up an adtran csu to the power supply of the 2000ips , I know it goes to the -27 volt but do you keep the jumper in the rg and ground connection or do you remove , if so where do you connect to rg or ground , thanks.
