Hello:
My helpdesk is using Cisco Call Manager for their ACD system. I am trying to connect to it with Crystal Reports with an ODBC connection. They have created an administrator account for me on the ACD box. It is running Windows 2000 server. However, when I try to create an ODBC connection using the SQL driver, the test connection fails. It is telling me it can't find the server or access is denied. I have tried using both my login and password for the admin account on the ACD box and my admin login and password for the database in the ODBC connection set up but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone ever done this before and if so, how?
Thanks
Barb
