Connecting Cisco 2950 to 2924 via fiber 1

I have a 2950 26 port switch with 2 MTRJ 45 fiber uplinks and a 2924 24 port switch with 2 SC fiber uplinks.
Can I hook both ports on each switch to each other or will this create a loop and disable one port?

As long as they have the same speed (ie. fastethernet or gigabit-ethernet), you can configure both switches to use fast-etherchannel (or gigabit-etherchannel) on the two fiber ports.
