Connecting child to Domain Controller via ISP

Hi there,

My company has a few branches around the country. I would like to connect all the branches to form a single Enterprise using Windows 2000 ADC.

Currently I have 2 offices which are connected to the Internet via leased line. I would like to know how to make one of them a child to the parent (This is not a problem if it is LAN). I need to do this because I would like my exchange server to replicated all the address list instead of me adding one at each server.

Hope someone can help.
