connecting camcorder to hub, to 3 computers

can it be done?
i have 1 camcorder, i want to run camcorder as a webcam to 3 computers ,usb on camcorder to hub input, 3 output on hub to three computers, is this possable??? and will it run video, if not how can i splitter using usb???

Unless it is one of those webcams that is specifically designed to do that, no. You can connect the camcorder to a computer and run a webcam server off it in a browser window. That way you could view it from any computer on the network or internet if the computer has an internet connection.
