Connecting Avaya IX Workspace through VPN

guys, i used to have a cheat sheet to do this, but can't find it. I know that if you are using VPN the connection is pretty simple, unless something has changed?

Where I am getting stuck is the URL? I thought it was the IP Office IP address with the 46xx.txt file.. but I could be wrong. We set up a few of these right as covid started and then kind of forget about them.
