connecting an analog set to an intercom to esatblish conf. call

Hi Gentelmen
how can i connect an intercom system (function properly) with speakers on the ceiling to a POT line or a Polycom phone so that when we speak in the intercom wirless Mic
we can hear the sound on the ceiling speakers (which is happening now)and we can conference this using the Polycom or an analog set

here is what i found
Telephone Input Terminals, These terminals are provided for connection with a telephone exchange system for paging purposes.
NOTE: When the telephone input is active, all other input signals except AMP IN are muted

but how to connect the phone to it, and what hardware would i need so i can use the phone which is connected to a Pot line to establish a call and the conversation will be heard on the intercom speakers

it is all connected and in working condition
= we use the intercom regulary and it is workin

PA-4000 Public address Amplifier
TOA Diversity
Wirless Tuner WT-870
Electronoc Controller AXC-120

i connected an analog set(which is connected to a POT line) to Tel in on the Intercom
i were able to make a call and hear the conversation on the Ceiling speaker of the intercom

If you look at the polycom vtx-1000 it has already been setup to allow you to hook up overhead paging systems and mics into it to allow you to enlarge a confrence room teleconfrence into an auditorium size meeting room. I was setting this up for one customer when their business folded so I didn't get a chance to finish the project.
