Connecting a Web Camera

Another problem... The Logitech software 'Capture' does not 'see' my camera and gives me an error message to that effect. Windows 10 pro device manager gives me the following:

Any suggestions about how to make sure the camera is connection. AVG software recognises it. Is something missing... thanks Dik

Problem is solved... under <Win><I> Windows Settings, Privacy, the Camera was turned off. Problem fixed... I did everything, but talk to it nice and stumbled upon the solution from a website.
