Connecting a router to a router?

This might be a dumb question, but I just had a thought. Would it be possible to hook up an 802.11g wireless router (via cat5) to another 802.11g router (connected to cable modem) and expand the wireless network that way or have two wireless networks up at the same time?

i think you can have 2 separate wireless network by doing that but not one expanded network.

I think if you disable the DHCP on the second router it would work: check out this thread
