hi guys

I am trying to connect an IP phone to a remote site with their WAN address be doing NAT
when programming the phone we input the ICP and he TFTP address as the WAN address where they have the 5000HX system.
phone is downloading from TFTP but at the end its not getting connected to the system.

can anyone help please.
has anyone experience this issue before

PLEASE HELP

1. Make sure your NAT address is in both locations of the HX db:
a. System/Devices and Feature Codes/IP Connections/6000 (example)/NAT IP Address
b. System/IP Settings/System NAT IP Address

2. Make sure you necessary firewall ports are open:
(Example)
Remote Admin/Support:
22 TCP (Putty)
80 TCP (Web)
443 TCP (HX Web)
4000 TCP (Session Manager)
4444 TCP (Avdap Mon)
44000 TCP (Adcon)

Mitel endpoint for HX:
67-69 UDP; 20001 UDP
50098-50508 UDP; 6004-7039 UDP
3998-3999 TCP; 6800-6802 TCP

3. Make sure your endpoint has the proper NAT setting:
System/Devices and Feature Codes/endpoints (or phones, stations)/extension/IP Settings/NAT address type.
Inter-Tel endpoints can be set to "Auto".
Mitel endpoints must be set to "NAT".
