Connecting a modem module to a 6416D 1

We have a 100A 226 TIP/RING PP AVAYA W/POWER to connect to a 6416 and we are not sure how to do this. The PBX guy is more Nortel and not sure how to do this. Anyone have any idea how this peice connects? I have never seen it myself and we are trying to walk a security guard through it 500 miles away. Thanks in advance
