Connecting a device to give fax detention 1

I have a customer who is needing to know how to connect a device which he is calling the stick, What this does is they have a cics with 2 lines in hunt they have 1 fax number - they want to use this fax number as another hunting line - so basically when a call comes in and this stick product detects the fax tone it will transfer the call to the fax machine. He is already using an ata to share the line for outgoing. Does anyone know how to connect a product like this. Please help

hook the phone line to the tel line on the stick befor it goes to your system, then the phone sys. co port goes to the port on the stick that says phone, then the fax gets hooked (plugged) into the fax port on the stick and if you want you can hook your modem into the moden port on the stick. Alot of people I know rave about the "STICK" personally I like "ASAP" or "Command" for fax sharing devices. good luck
