Connecting a Computer to 2003 SBS Domain

I have a problem. I just installed a new SBS system. I have two computers that acted up when I tried running the command:

http://server/connectcomputer.

They both seemed to bomb out during the script. I had to add them manually to the Domain.

Now one of them, when I try to install MAS 90, give me a message that "Install Shield is running".

The other computers on the network are having no problems. But the connectcomputer script ran fine on them.

Does anyone know how I can make this computer act correctly short of reformatting the drive?

on the machine with "install shield is running", have you rebooted it?

Yes... Unfortuneatly many times. I am most likely going to wipe the machine clean if I don't find a solution today. There are a couple other issues with that one box that I'm not too pleased with. Stange things are happening. Thanks.....
