Hi there,
I'm trying to find a way of connecting 2 small XP workgroups together as they need to access shared files, database etc.
The first office consists of 1 BT broad band wireless router that has DHCP set up, and 6 PCs that connect with wireless connections.
1 of the Pcs has a database and shared files that all users connect too.
The second office will be setup across the road on 2 or 3 floors, which is about 30, max 50 meters away.
The second office has cat 5 already installed and will have around the same amount PCs installed, around 3 PCs to begin with.
Can this be done with a wireless connection?
Also would it best to have a broadband router in the second office too?
I need to keep it as simple as possible, if possible?
Kind regards,
James.
