What hardware is required and which NTPs expand on the idea of connecting 2 NTAK11s (seperated by 2km), both with SSCs (NTDK20DA) using IP so I can route that ethernet traffic over my wan and/or dedicated Fiber.

YOU'LL NEED A T1 CARD AT EACH LOCATION

HOw about if I use 2 IP daughterboard cards (ntdk83)to connect them via IP . Cisco routers are on both sites connected via dedicated fiber and both sites have own connection to internet just in case.

I understand I will need at least 25.3 - anyone confirm this?
Also, that NTDK37DA is required - does anyone know if this is required in both cabs or?

yes you need a 25.3 to make a IP connection. Look in the 553-3021-250 book.

Has anyone actually gone ahead with setup?

What about the licencing?.. is it true you have to pay for Nortels to keycode 8 IP trunks at a time - even though in theory you could trunk over a thousand calls through 100 mb .. or have I got this wrong?
