Connecting 2 hubs

I want to connect a second 8 port hub to the one I already have. Do i connect the 2nd hub with the uplink cable or simply plug on port of the first 8 port hub into one of the ports on the 2nd 8 port hub?

If you have an uplink port or MDI-X capability on one port then use that with a straight through cable. Otherwise use a crossover cable.
