Connecting 2 Exchange Servers

Can I connecto 2 exchange servers over a standar internet conenction, so i can se the users of both servers.. on both servers???

i want the users in site A to be able to choose the users from site B.. and vice versa..

Yes. If you put them in same site or use a site connector you need some good bandwith with low latency. If you want to move users between servers then this is the only option. Otherwise setup directory replication between them over IMC or X.400 Dan
