When doing a status station 1394. The Administered Type is 4620 but the Connected Type is ?. All of the phones are working properly. Are there any known issues regarding the ? as the Connected Type.

Thank you!

Probably becuase that station is something other than a 4620. Could be a 96XX set or something else. Usually you see ? when there is a phone that your CM software version doesn't know about.

I have a site where I have noticed a few stations set up in this way.
Administered type 4620
Connected type ?

One station is unable to call out but can receive calls at the moment. Do you think the station set up is the cause?

Thanks

Unplug the headset if it has one and either do a busy and release on the station or do a refresh terminal parameters. Look in the FAC for the access code.

Check the phone type you are using has the alias set properly, eg. if you're using a 1616 or 4690 etc on CM4 you need to set the alias to be 4620
