Connected but unable to see server resources...

I am connecting to office's server via a VPN ('tunneling'). The connection is established but I cannot see the remote server and map network drives. I am very sure that I already logon to the domain. Please advice what to check.

What operating systems are you using? Are you using a VPN client like Nortel or Cisco to connect? If so what version?
