connect win 7 client to SBS2003

I am unable to connect my windows 7 laptop to a SBS2003 using '

http://servername/connectcomputer'

typed in a browser.

This follows my earlier failed attempt to connect the laptop to the domain (financial-forensics.local) with the error below.

Is this the correct IP for the dns server? It's going over to the uk. So far, what you've showed us is correct. I see you're from the UK.
