I am running on Windows Xp sp2 and am finding that my wireless connection does not connect until I am completely logged into my machine. Is there a way to have the wireless connection connect upon booting up. I try to launch my vpn connection when I log into my machine, but it will not load because the wireless connection is not established until I am logged in.\
I am using Intell Wireless adapter on a dell laptop

Try turning off the intel software and use the microsoft zero config wireless service.

When frustrated remember, in the computer world there is almost always a backdoor.

What driver version/date do you have on your intel nic? Older intel nic drivers have their own issues.
