Connect to web (Clarion 5.5)

I'm trying to figure out how to link to a webpage from a menu item.

For example, suppose there is a checklist that is frequently updated. I want to put a menu Lists->Checklist and I want that Checklists menu item to open a browser window with a certain URL. That way, no matter how often the Checklist is updated, the user will always get the most up-to-date list.

I want to clarify that this is not a web application, just a regular windows application with a menu item that links to the web

I guess it doesn't matter if it's Clarion 5.0 or Clarion 5.5 - our office hasn't upgraded yet...
