Chuck95:

You have the Vodavi "Digital Dispatch" voicemail/Auto-attendant. The system is a 2 to 8 port max system that you grow in 2 port increments and the ports connect to the digital station ports on the Triad. You program through a DB9 connector on the side of the unit but it requires vodavi software for access. I work on the Analog dispatch but have seen the digital and they look identical except for the blue cabinet. Hopefully you'll find someone who will share the software with you. If not, see if you can find a Vodavi dealer in your area and ask them to either make or sell you a copy of the software. Vodavi would give it away with the purchase of the Analog Dispatch but I'm not sure how it was handled with the Triad line. Good luck.
