Connect to the internet, via dial-up connection from MSA 2000

Greetings.
Have the need to connect to the internet via dial-up from within a process in MSAccess 2000. Basically from a box on a form, want to kick off the event to dial. From there will run another application, but for now, my stopping point is trying to do the dial-up.
I can't find a straight-forward way to even determine the name of the dial-up connectoid, but that might become apparent in code to perform the process.
