Connect to printers on PC LAN from MAC 8.6

Hello,

I have a user currently have a graphic artist that is running a MAC 8.6 on a PC LAN. The printers that she needs to use are connected & shared through PCs.

Is there anyway to connect to these printers from the Mac? Right now what she is doing is transferring them to a server, opened her files from a PC and printing them that way. I'm hoping to get rid of that middle step for her, and I am definitely not Mac savvy.
