I have a question related to another recent post about ODBC:
I've done a limited amount of setting up ODBC connections, mainly from Access to VFP or VFP to Oracle. I was under the impression that it was not possible to connect from Oracle to FoxPro (for Windows) 2.6. (I am not an Oracle programmer.) Is this not a correct assumption? Is it simply a matter of defining the correct connection string in Oracle? Is it also necessary to set up a data source on the Windows side with the ODBC Data Source Administrator?
