connect to enterprise manager in oracle 8.1

Hi,
I just installed Oracle 8.1 and try to start Enterprise Manager, but failed to connect to the management service. Could anyone tell me what the default user id, password and management service I use in order to connect to Enterprise manager? Do I have to do any configuration before connection to Enterprise Manager?

You need to start the management server.

username: sysman
password: oem_temp (i think)
