Connect to BCM 400 unified messaging

I have a customer that try to received vm to outlook. It was working well for the first month but now outlook gives us errors like: (I translated from french to english)IMAP server as stopped due to too long inactivity. BCM40.localdomain Too many login failures. error code 0x800CCCDD.
[4] User does not have desktop capability.

BCM 400 is fully patched.

I would delete the client and download the latest from the BCM and reinstall. Also, make sure your credentials, machine name, IP address, etc are still correct in the LAN-CTE setup in the BCM are correct for the users.
