Connect to an sftp site using port 22 using SQL2005 SSIS

Does anyone know if it is possible to connect to an sftp site using port 22 using SQL2005 SSIS? I am trying to build a package that will go out to the secured ftp site, save it to a local folder and do a bulk insert. So far all attempts have failed. I know I am using the correct credentials and changed the port to 22 but no luck.
