I have been asked to create some reports from an ACT database. I was under the impression that the db's were in .dbf format. I searched but could not find them. After snooping some more, I think the db is a .ADF file. If so, which of the crystal connection types should I use?

Thank you.

I believe it uses SQL Server Express Edition.

There may already be an ODBC connection set up, check for that first.

Otherwise you'll need to configure a connection.

I do not know what SQL Server Express is. Is this something that comes with ACT!
