Connect to 2 different networkd with 2 nics

Hey!!

I have at my office my normal LAN with proxy server and everything. But we now also have a wireless broadband connection directly to the internet. How can I setup my IE and Firefox so when I use one of the browser it goes on my LAN link, and when I use the other it goes over the broadband connection?????
