Connect NEC 2000 IPS with voip soft switch

I have 2 locations about 60 miles apart. One has a NEC 2000 IPS other has an Difium switchvox. Whats the best and easiest way to tie the two switches together. If you dial an extension on one switch calls are routed to the location with that extension and vice versa.

How do I look up info on NEC to see if I have correct software version, ip licensing and cards to accomplish linking the two PBX?

What method are you using to connect the two?
QSIG, SIP TKS, T-1, PRI ?
Licensing can be found using CMD F88 de 01 de scroll down through the command.
Software version can be found using CMD F85 de ff02 de scroll down.
