I'm trying to connect a newly purchase Mitel 5624 wifi phone using teleworker but constantly having "no access" error. I have the WinPDM software but cannot seem to be able to find the definition file to setup the phone.

can anyone kindly send me the file?

i'm able to get the Mitel 5624 definition up & working by changing the Ascom i62 definition file.

right now, if i connect directly to the 3300 -- it works

if i connect through the teleworker using the sip protocol -- it show "no access"

anyone able to help?

I have not done this setup before with the 5624's before but would assume you setup the template in WinPDM to have the SIP endpoint the MBG address rather than the MCD address. Username and password are a must for security and registration to the MBG. So make sure the user you have created on the MCD has the correct user/pass as well. You can see from the maintenance logs on the MCD if the registration is attempted.

Also what version MBG have you got because I'm pretty sure 5624 SIP clients are only supported from 7.1

I have connected the 5624 as a teleworker device. The only different thing I did was to include the MBG as a Sip proxy to the Sip device capabilities. Nothing special, it just works!!

Make sure you have you MCD and MBG to a recent version of software, better if you can update to latest.
