I have created an ASA ODBC database on a certain PC in our nerwork. I intend to write a multi-user application with that PC acting as the Central Server for my database. I have been trying to create a profile to connect to it from my PC, but have been thoroughly frustrated by errors like "Database Not Found" or "Engine Not Running" or it simply re-opening the ODBC configuraton window awaiting some further unspecified reconfiguration.
Im trying this in both PB6.5 and 7.0

Any ideas on how I could go about solving this problem?

Kind Rgds.
