Connect existing Webstorage to a new SharePoint

We have reinstalled SharePoint Portal Server, but have no backup of our application software and data.
All programs and data is located in the SharePoint Webstorage which belongs to the previous installation.
Is it possible to connect existing Webstorage to a new SharePint installation?
If somebody helps we'll be very grateful.
