I received a call this morning from a user located at a remote location. 5 of their phones are displaying a retry timer. After the retry timer counts down to zero, an error displays"

Assgnd Port Busy"
These 5 extensions are connected via a fiber extender to a BCM200. I would place the blame on the fiber extender, but all its tests pass. Also, the other extensions which live on the fiber extender are all operating properly.
Does anyone know how to fix this?!?!
