There are already working incoming call routes in yourIP Office, so You "only" need to add an exception forcing the desired incoming number to route to a system short code which in itself will be an outgoing route to the SIP trunk between IP and BigBlue.
Well, If you have a working SIP line setup between the IPO and the BigBlue server. (the line showing "In service" when viewed in System Status Application)
I have no knowledge of the BigBlueButton product, so I assume that you have knowledge or support for this elsewhere.
(I will assume that the trunk is UDP or TCP, that the BiGBlue will accept only SIP To: and SIP From: -headers. Don't know if PAI and/or Diversion-header might also be used. The BigBlue install script seems to have default support for Freeswitch on port 5066. where default UDP/TCP SIP is 5060 in the IP Office )
This is an example of how to route incoming calls to IP Office and further to another SIP trunk.
Example:
[ul]
[li]Lets say you have a working SIP trunk between the systems with number 19 in IPO.[/li]
[li] - this trunks Call Details /URI Incoming Group ID is 19 and Outgoing group ID also is 19.[/li]
[li] - this trunks Call Details /URI is using "Auto" for both Local URI, Contact and PAI (if used).[/li]
[li]Lets say the dial-in phone number to the IPO you you want to use is +1234567891019.[/li]
[li] - check the number format in the other current Incoming Call Routes. But here I assume it is +1234567xxxxxx.[/li]
[li]Lets say there is a routing/startpoint number set upp in the BigBlue-server correctly set up, example 891019.[/li]
[/ul]
Step one is to setup a SIP trunk correctly between the servers, using the same protocol and ports. i.e TCP or UDP line
I assume this prerequisite is fulfilled as above.
Step two is to create an IPO system shortcode which have the Line group ID set to 19 (or what outgoing line ID the new trunk have)
Short Code for internal testing, to dial from an Avaya extension:
Code: 891019 Telephone Number: 891019ssk"BigBlueAccess" Feature: Dial Line Group ID: 19
(the ss will ensure that the originating phone number is shown to the BigBlueserver, as SIP From:<number> )
(thek"BigBlueAccess" is not needed but nice to have to quickly see the purpose of 891019 among all other short codes )
When you dial 891019 from an Avaya extension, the BigBlueButtons service should answer,
(something like "Please enter your xxx" or how you have the service configured.)
when you have these steps working, now you only need to route the IPO incoming call route to the short code created as above.
Step three Add an Incoming Call Route (ICR):
Line Group ID: use same number as your current other incoming routes. Incoming Number: +1234567891019 Destination: 891019
