Hi,

on my TDE600 i have setup a conference group that can be called through the regular dialing pattern (*321#). It works, but I would like to access this conference group to an easy to remember number. My goal is if someone dials the extension 911 the call gets forwarded to the group or the call ends up in the conference group 1 (*321#). Does someone has an idea how to do it? Just forwarding the extension 911 to *321# is not working (I used the a portable station to try it).

Is there a easy way to do it?

Thanks

Norbert

you could use quick dial on the system but you cant use lead numbers that are in use. so if you have an extension range 9xx you cant use 911 as quick dial number

Thanks! This is good idea. I changed my number plan and it is working great!

Thanks again.

Norbert
