Hello,
I am a new technician in a company that previously had a remote location connecting to thier main location via a Valcom 820 and 810 the 820 was on the remote end and the 810 on the headquarters side. both sides had a CICS and the remote side was able to receive pages and calls like a regular local station. When the company moved the remote location to a new area it hasn't worked since. I have been working with Norstars for about 3-5 years bur need a little help with this one please. I have tried a # of solutions. I can see both devices on the IP solutions software so i know I have the IP part configured right. Is there something on the Norstar side I need to prpgram? Thanks for reading.
