What tools are available (other than MSAccess) that would allow queries to include tables from more than one ODBC connection?

I need to do some integration between MySQL and MSSQLServer databases. Something along the lines of Query Analyzer/Browser would be nice. I'd rather not use Access. Any thoughts?
