Conio header file and Clear Screen Function

I have noticed that the clrscr(); function in the conio header file does not seem to work in Visual C++. It works in other compilers such as Borland C++. I noticed while trying to transfer c++ source code to Visual C++. Could someone tell me another way to get the effect of Clear Screen in Visual C++? It would be very appreciated.
