Congons Power Prompt report

we have a power promt report titled "product life cycle counts",where we can choose all of the product codes that we want to run the report for. Now there is around a 100 possible codes to choose from and whenever we choose more than 50-60 we get strange errors like


Error #1

CGI Timeouta
The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing. The server has deleted the process.


Error #2

ErrorPage
Error

Server.ScriptTimeout exceeded (90 seconds) while executing line number 11 of page [ExitPage].

I want to know if this is a cognos issue or a IIS issue. Where do you change the settings to get rid if this error.

Your CGI time out threshold on your web server is set too low - maybe 30 seconds when 30 minutes might be more appropriate.
Try changing that. More help search for CGI Time Out on the cognos portal.
