Confusion re User Pay/Rec and Implement and Use Payables/Receivables

I have seen different country specific oracle sites list the following courses

Procure to Pay Fundamentals
Order to Cash Fundamentals

Implement and use Payables
Implement and use Receivables


Are (1) and (2) the same thing. Or Do i need to do both (1) or (2).

Also what is Implement and Use Cash Management and if it is related to the either (1) or (2).

Procure to Pay Fundamentals and Order to Cash Fundamentals are overviews of the business flows that go across multiple applications. So for example such flows for Procure to Pay Fundamentals are Analyze to Agreement, Requisition to Receipt, Supplier Invoice to Payment, Bank Statements to Cash Reconciliation, etc. Implement and use Payables/Receivables covers how to configure and use allmost all areas of that application. Cash Management is an additional application that integarates with Payables and Receivables specifically for bank reconciliation, cash forescasting, etc.
