Hello

I'm using CCM 3.3 and I'm really getting frustrated because I can't find this extension in there, but I know it exists. The many number for my company is forwarded to a DID here in the building. it's extension is 8680. well I can't find that damn extension, device, whatever, ANYWHERE in my CCM. But it's my main # coming into the building so I know it exsists..

I was just hoping someone could point me in the right direction here..

Thanks

In CCMAdmin you can select Route Plan Report from the Route Plan menu. In the top right corner there is a link that says "view in file". This will generate a CSV file that you can view in excel and sort by DN. That way you can find the extension, and hopefully work out where and what it is.

Thanks a million! That's EXACTLY what I was looking for!!

Ok.. it's in Translation Pattern. I click on it, and down below it says: Prefix Digits - 8900 What's that mean exactly?

Cause I can't find 8900 either.. But my receptionists up front have 8901-8910 for extensions.. I though maybe it'd be a pilot point for the CCAC but that is 8999.. it's so confusing..

Your Called Party Transform Mask should be the DN for that DID to route to.
